Our company has been serving the aviation industry for two decades. Our founders are licensed mechanics that are involved from beginning to end in our daily operations, as well as in customer support to ensure that our clients receive only the best. Jose Bergouignan Jr.

President / F.A.A. Accountable MGR.
Airframe & Powerplant licensed mechanic with over 36 years experience in the Aviation Industry.  Associates Degree in Aviation Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation w/Computers.  Employed at Dallas Airmotive / Airwork for 7 years on PT6A-20 thru PT6A-67 models & Woodgroup Turbopower for 5 years including PT6T-3/3B/6 models (engines and gearbox).

George Betancourt

Vice President / Chief Inspector
Airframe & Powerplant licensed mechanic with over 35 years’ experience in the Aviation Industry on PT6 engines.  Associates Degree in Aviation Management.  Employed at Dallas Airmotive/Airwork for 14 years PT6A-20 thru PT6A-42 Models & Woodgroup Turbopower for 4 years including PT6T-3/3B/305-888-4596 models.

Gabriel “Gabby” Gottardi

Shop Supervisor / Inspector
The supervision and management of shop staff in conjunction with work orders to provide a smooth, efficient, workflow. Detailed visual and dimensional inspections of engine parts for overhaul and/or repair.

Eric Richardson

Receiving Inspector
Graduated with bachelors from Florida International University in 2018. Has been in aviation for three years. Oversees day-to-day operations of the business.

Carlos Villavicencio

Director of Marketing
Former owner and President of Aero Pacific Aviation from 305-888-4596. Since then he has been in aviation sales and marketing, specializing in the worldwide sales and promotion of PT6A and PT6T Engine Overhaul and repair.

Pablo M. Rodriguez

Business Development & Customer Service
With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in logistics and AOG Business, Pablo is well versed in the aviation business and especially in the area of parts. Pablo was hired by EOS in 2019 to enhance the companies Sales and Marketing Strategies both domestic and international. 

Carina Bergouignan

Accounting Department
For the past 5 years Carina has been managing all accounting functionalities for the company. Managing all aspects of the company’s A/R, A/P, Payroll, Vendor Management, strategic vendor negotiations and maintenance of all vendor contracts.
